Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at Inalfa Roof Systems. As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for procuring and purchasing materials and components for our products, while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and driving cost reduction initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Procure and purchase materials and components for Inalfa Roof Systems products
- Develop and implement supplier strategies to ensure quality, price, and delivery
- Analyze market and delivery conditions to determine present and future material availability
- Prepare market analysis reports for assigned commodities
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to achieve best value
- Identify and select suppliers that provide high-quality products and services at a competitive price
- Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy
- Participate in supplier development and quality audits
- Schedule and lead strategic business reviews with key suppliers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- More than 5 years of experience in the automotive industry within direct material in the purchasing department
- Fluent English language skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Purchasing ERP (Infor)
