Growth Era is a leading Sales Development as a Service and growth solutions company with a passion for generating high-quality sales meetings for various organizations. Our unique business model provides a full-scale, multi-channel outreach Sales Development Department to our clients, all at a fraction of the cost of building and managing this function in-house.

We specialize in Sales Pipeline Management and Hubspot CRM Services, providing targeted strategies to increase win rates, accelerate sales cycles, and deliver faster revenue growth, making us a trusted partner in the success of your business.

Your Role

As a Senior Sales Development Representative at Growth Era, you will play a key role in driving our clients' success by managing and optimizing outreach efforts. You'll take on advanced prospecting responsibilities, nurture relationships with decision-makers, and help guide prospects through the funnel.

You will be accountable for generating leads by engaging prospective buyers via cold call, cold email, and LinkedIn to schedule qualified meetings, identifying the needs of prospective buyers, and building long-term trusting relationships with them to qualify leads as sales opportunities.

You will also schedule meetings between prospects and our clients, maintain accurate and timely notes of all lead interactions within the CRM application, participate in discovery meetings, and participate in weekly coaching and development meetings.

Requirements

  • You should have 2+ years of experience in a high-velocity sales environment as a top-performing SDR/BDR.
  • You must have a C1+ English Level.
  • You should have high proficiency in English within a business environment.
  • You should have been successful working for a U.S.-based Tech company selling into U.S. prospects, with a strong focus on cold calling.
  • You should have experience with CRM and SEP software.
  • You should be proficient with MS Outlook/G Suite.

  • A base salary of $1600-$2000 per month with a strong performance-driven bonus plan targeting total annual earnings of $34,000.
