Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement regional supply plans to meet customer demand while optimizing inventory levels and minimizing stockouts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain issues, such as production delays, quality issues, or transportation disruptions.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to provide updates on supply availability, production schedules, and delivery timelines.
- Manage inventory levels, including lead times, stockouts, and excess inventory.
- Develop and maintain relationships with global plants to align production plans, project management, and saving or optimization projects.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Highly organized, systems-driven ways of work.
- Results-oriented, bias for action, and determination to succeed.
- Solid understanding of forecasting practices and procedures.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Advanced Excel is a must).
- English - Business fluency / Spanish.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Business, Logistics or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
