About the Role
Nouryon is seeking a highly skilled Network Infrastructure Specialist to oversee IT infrastructure services across Brazil and Mexico. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the provisioning of IT infrastructure services, maintaining a fit-for-purpose infrastructure, and driving continuous improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and monitor infrastructure performance, addressing risks and issues proactively.
- Manage network services, including configuration, installation, and troubleshooting of routers, switches, and access points.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL Service Level Management objectives and participate in Security and Risk Management activities.
- Collaborate with local and global teams to support and upgrade IT infrastructure.
Requirements
- Cisco Certification CCNA or CCNP required.
- Proven operational experience in IT infrastructure support with proficiency in Local and Wide Area Networks.
- Fluent in English (written and oral).
- Experience with Cisco and Aruba Network Equipment, and network monitoring tools like SolarWinds and RSA.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Cisco IPT.
- Additional certifications in network technologies.
- Knowledge of advanced network protocols and design.
