Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement and Inventory Management Specialist to join our team at Time'S Group. As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods, services, and information from raw materials to end customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement and Inventory Management: Manage stock requisition processes, including monthly and promotional stock, and handle repacking requisitions and review purchases and stock levels regularly.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to check and update inventory stocks, and prepare and raise Purchase Orders for suppliers and quotations.
  • Logistics and Administration: Perform general office administrative tasks, including addressing any issues related to goods received and ensuring accurate data entry into the system.
Requirements
  • 1 year of work experience in a similar capacity (e.g., supply chain management, purchasing management, or logistics management) preferred.
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
