Project Coordinator Job Description

As a Project Coordinator at Ware Malcomb, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Project Manager in overseeing the project's progress, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Project Manager in managing control documents, reports, and weekly meetings.
  • Organize and review project contract documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Provide support to the Project Manager throughout the construction phase, including daily and weekly reporting, and document management.
  • Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely delivery of ending documents and as-built drawings.
  • Conduct daily inspections on site to ensure adherence to project schedules, costs, quality, and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in industrial site supervision.
  • Bachelor's Degree in an architectural, civil engineering, or construction-related program.
  • Strong computer and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Procore, Newforma, AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Effective communication skills in Spanish (English desirable) for public speaking and team leadership.
