We are seeking an exceptional Data Governance Expert to join our Business Process Management (BPM) and Master Data Management (MDM) Team at MKS Instruments. This MDM Specialist will play a crucial role in enforcing data rules, ensuring data quality, integrity, and compliance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and enforce data standards.
- Design and implement data quality metrics and reporting.
- Provide training and coaching to business stakeholders on data governance best practices.
- Support the development of data governance policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze data quality metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain data governance roadmaps and strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or Supply Chain.
- 5+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM) and data governance.
- Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices.
- Experience with data governance tools and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual English-Spanish is required.
