**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Director to lead our purchasing functions and drive strategic sourcing initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for negotiating contracts, developing procurement policies, and analyzing spend categories to optimize costs.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead contract reviews and negotiations with legal teams
* Develop and execute sourcing strategies to meet targets
* Direct and oversee purchasing functions
* Negotiate large purchase contracts and ensure best terms and conditions
* Develop policies related to procurement of goods and services
* Analyze categories of spend to determine potential opportunities for cost optimization
* Ensure compliance with commercial and technical requirements
* Coach, motivate, and develop team members

**Ideal Candidate**

* 5+ years of experience in buying or procurement, preferably in automotive and manufacturing
* Excellent negotiating skills with strong ability to influence people at all levels
* Strong attention to detail and high standard of work
* Strong mentorship and coaching skills
* Highly goal-driven and able to work in fast-paced environments
