About the Role

The Account Executive Expert plays a crucial role in achieving revenue goals by creating a comprehensive territory business plan that generates at least three times their quota in pipeline opportunities. This involves identifying and qualifying opportunities, developing and driving strategies, and nurturing executive relationships on their own while positioning the SAP executive team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Sales Managers and teams to develop and execute programs that drive pipeline and close deals
  • Educate target accounts on SAP's solution set and conduct account planning for strategic deals
  • Uncover and run sales cycles based on opportunities directed by Regional Sales Leads
  • Collaborate with VAT teams on sales campaigns
  • Lead efforts to establish, develop, and expand market share and revenue attainment within named accounts
  • Attain various sales objectives related to securing new business opportunities within named customers
  • Develop sales best practices to secure repeatable and expansive opportunities across named accounts
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience selling business software and/or IT solutions
  • Experience selling to CXOs
  • Experience managing Public Sector Accounts
  • Proven track record in target achievement
  • Bachelor's degree in related fields (Business/Engineering or Technology)
  • Completion of Sales Methodology training preferred
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and presentation skills
  • Sales product solution knowledge
