BMC Software, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Associate Services Solution Manager to join our Digital Success Sales team.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a go-to-market strategy, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage inbound and outbound leads to qualified opportunities for our field sales team.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success organization to understand customer maturity and drive a roadmap for solution optimization.
- Support the field and customers in positioning Success Subscription and Success Catalog offerings and Education.
- Identify target accounts and engage key decision makers with compelling outreach.
Requirements
