Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Honor Bar Attendant to join our team at The Westin Resort & Spa Puerto Vallarta. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our in-room honor bars.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate positive guest experiences by maintaining a clean and well-stocked honor bar, and responding to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory honor bar items, in-room accessories, and promotional materials, and replace as needed to ensure optimal guest satisfaction.
  • Utilize software and handheld devices to record sales and take inventory, and maintain awareness of product availability, expiration dates, and inventory levels to prevent stock-out situations.
  • Prepare and push a restocking cart to floors where rooms are ready for inventory, and communicate any issues regarding honor bar operation with hotel management.
Requirements
  • Follow all company and safety policies and procedures, and report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager.
  • Maintain a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance, and protect company assets.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, and anticipate and address guests' service needs.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, and support team to reach common goals.
