Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled iOS Developer Sr. to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of mobile applications on iOS. You will work collaboratively with software developers and project managers to analyze user requirements, contribute to UX design, implement logic and designs, integrate with back-end systems, and establish Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery processes for app builds.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Contribute to Project Architecture

Contribute to the architecture of projects, ensuring alignment with user requirements and adhering to industry best practices.

Quality and Stability

Proactively provide and implement recommendations to enhance the quality and stability of our applications, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.

User Experience

Analyze user requirements for effective implementation and contribute to UX design for intuitive interfaces.

Implementation and Integration

Implement designs and logic using iOS programming languages and integrate mobile apps with back-end systems, ensuring seamless functionality and data exchange.

Continuous Integration and Delivery

Establish Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery processes to streamline app builds and deployments.

Industry Trends and Advancements

Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in iOS development.

Collaboration and Communication

Collaborate and communicate effectively with the development team, project managers, and stakeholders.

Code Quality and Documentation

Maintain code quality and documentation, following best practices and coding standards.

Troubleshooting and Resolution

Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.

Requirements

  1. Experience

Proven work experience as an iOS Developer, with a minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in app development.

Programming Languages

Proficiency in iOS programming languages such as SwiftUI.

Software Development Life Cycle

Strong familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC) and experience working with agile methodologies.

Accessibility Standards

Solid knowledge of accessibility standards and designing ADA Compliant applications for iOS.

Algorithms and Data Structures

General understanding of algorithms and data structures, enabling efficient and optimized code implementation.

Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving

Ability to apply critical thinking and sound judgment to solve complex problems while maintaining a strong attention to detail.

Communication Skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing effective collaboration within the team and with stakeholders.

Collaboration and Teamwork

Proven ability to work in a collaborative environment, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and fostering a positive team dynamic.

eMobility Experience

eMobility experience is a plus, showcasing an understanding of emerging trends and technologies in the mobile industry.

Language Skills

Advanced English is a must.

Compensation and Benefits

80,000 MXN per year, hybrid scheme (3 days a week working in the office, 2 days remotely)
