Technical Support Professional

Ware Malcomb is seeking a skilled Technical Support Professional to join our team in the Monterrey office. This role involves providing top-notch technical assistance to our end-users, both locally and remotely, as assigned by IT leadership.
Main Responsibilities- Troubleshooting and Ticket Resolution: Respond to and resolve technical issues reported by WM team members, utilizing expertise in Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Office 365, and other relevant technologies.
- Mid-Level Escalation Point: Serve as a key resource for troubleshooting complex technical problems, escalating issues to senior-level technicians or IT management as needed.
- Excellent Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer experience through effective communication, active engagement, and timely resolution of technical requests.
- Infrastructure and Cybersecurity Fundamentals: Possess knowledge of infrastructure and cybersecurity principles, including network connectivity, VPN issues, and remote work protocols.
- Technical Experience: Minimum three years of support experience with applications such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, Sketchup, Adobe Suite, SharePoint, and software updates.
- Analytical and Communication Skills: Utilize analytical reasoning to troubleshoot user issues and communicate technical information effectively to less technical audiences.
Salary Estimate: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
