About YouWe are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual with a strong background in manufacturing operations. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production staff, quality engineers, and management.
Responsibilities- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing safety protocols and procedures.
- Lead daily area performance meetings to review production progress, address challenges, and set goals.
- Collaborate with the Group Head to ensure the successful execution of audits and implementation of corrective actions.
- Monitor and control quality systems to minimize defects and customer complaints.
- Manage scrap metrics to meet sales targets.
- Oversee operational and technical personnel, providing guidance and development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with performance metrics, including category plans and winning turns.
- Manage conflicts and ensure that direct employees comply with basic and specific training requirements.
- Maintain production line efficiency by avoiding stoppages and implementing timely changes to the production plan.
- Track and analyze scrap results, requesting action plans to improve performance.
- Conduct day-to-day process audits to ensure middle management leaders' compliance.
Aptiv Plc offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
