We are looking for a seasoned procurement expert to join our team in the Americas region. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the definition of globally valid segment-specific standards for core processes in the function, as well as implementing process-, procedure-, and IT-system optimizations in global Procurement.

**Responsibilities**

  • Participate in the development and implementation of globally valid segment-specific standards for core processes in the function
  • Implement process-, procedure-, and IT-system optimizations in global Procurement
  • Support the establishment of conditions for coordinated process optimizations, including successful roll-outs
  • Drive the implementation of global process and workflow optimizations and local process and workflow optimizations

**Requirements**

  • College/university degree and 3 to 5 years of professional experience in purchasing systems management/administration, auditing, direct/indirect procurement management/project procurement
  • Advanced skills in English business language and technical knowledge of IATF 16949:2016 Standard, product safety, statistical tools, and risk analysis
