As a Digital Marketing Specialist at ZF Group, you will be responsible for creating and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive engagement and conversion. With a focus on web content management, you will work closely with our website management agencies and internal stakeholders to develop high-quality content that meets our audience's needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and search engine optimization (SEO).
- Collaborate with our Digital Front End Solutions team to improve website performance and user experience.
- Create and manage content calendars to ensure timely publication of landing pages and user experiences.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to align digital marketing initiatives with overall marketing and communication goals.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in web content management, with a strong understanding of digital KPIs and analytics.
- Knowledge of WordPress, Pagebuilder, and other CMS systems, including FirstSpirit and Episerver.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work internationally and cross-functionally.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, and Jira.
We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
