Job Overview

The Manufacturing Quality Manager will lead the production control process, ensuring compliance with quality standards and documentation. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain quality documentation, including control plans and work instructions.
  • Lead the non-conformance management process, ensuring timely disposition of defective products.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve quality issues and implement improvements.
  • Perform process capability studies and recommend changes based on findings.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in manufacturing industry and experience with all functions of Quality including Product Quality Management, QMS and ISO programs.
  • Working knowledge of SPC, Variation Control, and MSA or GR&R techniques.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills required to work with senior management, customers, and suppliers.
