About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Nextiva. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Retention and Growth: Develop and implement strategies to retain existing customers and drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Customer Advocacy: Serve as a customer advocate within Nextiva, providing feedback and insights to inform product development and business strategy.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve customer-facing processes and implement changes to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of success in account management and customer retention.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop quick, accurate situational awareness. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Education: BS or equivalent education and relevant experience.
