**Job Overview**:

The HSES Specialist will collaborate with HSE Advisors and Supervisors to provide solutions to complex problems and evaluate the effectiveness of established HSES Management Systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

Develop and implement a proactive prevention program to minimize incidents

Provide technical assistance to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Implement the HSES activity plan and ensure activities are completed as scheduled

Assist with incident investigations and compilation of reports

Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and provide guidance to personnel

**Essential Qualifications and Experience**:

Degree in a relevant field (e.g. environmental science, safety engineering)

2-3 years of experience in a related field (e.g. HSES, environmental compliance)

Proficient in Microsoft Office and technical software

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
