About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work with us as an HR Operations Specialist, where you will be responsible for maintaining employee documentation, performing HR-related activities, and providing support to employees and other HR staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain all employee documentation and files, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Meet with external agencies, such as the Ministry of Labor, to submit mandatory forms and documentation.
- Assist with New Employee Orientations and ensure complete personnel files, including required legal documents.
- Perform HR/related activities on HRIT tools (SAP/SuccessFactors platform), primarily pertaining to the employee life cycle.
- Assist with document audits, scanning, and sending/uploading documentation for internal/external audits or per legal/HR Business Partner requirements.
- Process various HR transactions as per laid guidelines/SOP.
- Manage calls from employees and other HR Staff, requiring proficient English/verbal communication skills.
- Perform tasks within established turnaround times and multitask on a day-to-day basis.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient in English and Spanish.
- Preferred location in Guadalajara, with the ability to commute and report to NTT Guadalajara Office.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficient organizational skills.
- The ability to work independently.
- Previous experience working with filing and inventories is preferred.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with proven experience handling confidential information.
- Intermediate level proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
