We are seeking a Mid-Senior level Engineering Lead to oversee and coordinate a team within our Industry Verticalization cell, managing a group of frontend and backend engineers. This role is focused on leadership, strategic planning, and project oversight rather than hands-on development.

The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between the PMO, business stakeholders, and technical teams, ensuring smooth project execution, accurate estimations, and continuous alignment with business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
