This is a full-time position located in a factory environment, working on a worldwide scope with flexible work hours.
Key Responsibilities- Strategy and Risk Evaluation: Address strategy and evaluate risk levels through testing, improving effectiveness by identifying and removing non-value elements.
- Test Station Architecture: Architect test stations, develop future technologies and products, and consider how to leverage sub-automation in the architecture.
- Security Policy and Standards: Contribute to security policy and standards, maintain accurate and comprehensive security policy and standards, design mitigation strategies to address identified gaps in policy, and educate others on security policy.
- Design Specifications and Verification: Meet design specifications, drive efforts to ensure that verifications have been met, and manage risk and change to schedules.
- Test Process Development: Develop appropriate test processes, perform tasks that align the current work with new products, and help define the best strategy.
- Collaboration and Maintenance: Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure continuity of supply, conduct maintenance for all of a tester's elements, and work with factory, new product introduction (NPI), and dev engineering stakeholders to discuss different dev/test phase scenarios and how they can integrate new tools and automation options.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or 4+ years of enterprise computer, consumer electronics design, or hyperscale supply chain systems experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience with broad software development skills and capabilities across multiple languages: Python, C#, C++, and Java.
- Software Development: Experience developing and sustaining software test solutions, frameworks for a broad manufacturing network and site locations.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in written, reading, and conversational English, as all business operations and communications are conducted in English.
