Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless industrial transfers and capacity increases.
  • Lead the deployment of new production lines and capacity expansion projects, ensuring consistency and alignment with business objectives.
  • Work closely with remote teams to guarantee the successful deployment of industrial processes, ensuring compliance with project goals and customer requirements.
  • Accountable for decision-making and project execution, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
  • Responsible for project requirements, including resources, product cost, planning, and schedule, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Make informed decisions based on priorities and risk assessment, ensuring optimal project outcomes.
  • Ensure capacity adaptation and optimization through the use of dedicated tools, such as CAMA and CORIM.
  • Perform regular queue simulations to optimize lead times and ensure capacity of production lines.
  • Develop and maintain a referential operating time based on measurement tools, ensuring optimal productivity.
  • Ensure the profitability of investments and guide the choice of designers by providing industrial and logistical requirements.
  • Act as the Time Determination & Ergonomics Specialist/Referent within the organization.
  • Responsible for the Productivity action plan, defining and implementing strategies to improve productivity.
  • Implement adaptations on processes and manufacturing workstations for existing products, improving industrial performance.
  • Involved in the specifications and quotation of new line architectures and industrial scenarios, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and productivity requirements.
  • Optimize lead times and ensure capacity of production lines.
  • Develop operator work instructions for training and ensure the feasibility and profitability of investments.
  • Qualify means and processes, both in-plant and at suppliers' locations.
  • Pilot new production ramp-ups.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a field of Engineering.
  • 3+ years' practical experience in a Method Engineering role or equivalent.
  • 2+ years' experience leading projects.
  • PMP Certification (Desirable).
  • Knowledge and experience with business software related to capacity planning, such as SAP and Microsoft Excel.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Open-minded, proactive, and open to learning every day.
  • Result-oriented, analytical way of working with attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Lean and agile mindset.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills (at all levels).
  • Negotiation Skills.
  • Travel availability (Visa & passport).
