About the Role

SRG Global is seeking a skilled Production Manager to lead our team in Irapuato, Guanajuato. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities and developing a team for future priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the operations team in executing strategic initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a mindset of zero misses, innovation, and principled-based decision-making.
  • Drive operational excellence by optimizing processes and workflows for maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of operations with broader business objectives.
  • Oversee risk management processes to identify and mitigate potential operational risks.

Requirements

  • Experience interacting with all levels of management/staff and across organizational lines.
  • Experience leading, coaching, and developing a team in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience developing and maintaining relationships in a cross-functional organization.
  • Experience using Lean Manufacturing principles and techniques.
