- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with front-end Quality Assurance and other stakeholders to ensure seamless quality checks on all mortgage originations and correspondent fundings.
- Develop and Implement Policies: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and minimize potential losses.
- Monitor and Report Credit Risk: Monitor and report on credit risk trends and identify areas for improvement to ensure that credit risk is properly managed.
- 10+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in credit risk management, with a strong understanding of credit risk analysis and mitigation strategies.
- Strong Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of credit risk professionals.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex credit risk data and identify areas for improvement.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate credit risk information to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's/University Degree: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance or accounting, is required. A master's degree is preferred.
