Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Collection Manager to join our team in Mexico City. As a key member of our collection management team, you'll be responsible for coaching, training, and developing collectors to maximize results while ensuring all policies and procedures are followed.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Maintain high-performing collector teams, ensuring they meet productivity expectations, quality scores, and attendance policies.
  2. Hold collectors accountable for performance, provide constructive feedback, and recognize outstanding achievements.
  3. Audit collection activities to identify areas for improvement and partner with leadership to implement changes.
  4. Conduct regular call calibrations, account reviews, and performance evaluations with direct reports.
  5. Manage workload, queues, and dialer campaigns to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in collections, financial services, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a consumer collection management role and 3 years of call center management experience.
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to lead or manage 10-15 high-performing front-line representatives.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including verbal, written, one-on-one, and team communication.
  • Knowledge of collection industry regulations.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package of MXN $35,000 - $50,000 per month, depending on experience. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
