Key Responsibilities- Financial Advisory: Collaborate with our AWS account team to build and deliver executive content, including financial business cases, Return on Investment (ROI) analysis, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis.
- Customer Enablement: Educate and enable customers with tools to successfully manage their cloud and IT spend.
- Reporting and Analytics: Assess the reporting and analytic needs of customers and identify solutions and approaches to meet those needs.
- KPI Management: Communicate, establish, and measure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track progress and success of transformation and optimization within customer organizations.
- Request Management: Manage numerous requests concurrently and strategically.
- Billing and Forecasting: Understand and communicate billing, forecasting, and budgeting best practices.
A typical day for a Cloud Optimization Specialist at Amazon Web Services Mexico S. De R.L. De C.V. may include:
- Reviewing usage patterns and forecasting costs to identify areas for optimization.
