About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Oracle. As a key member of our Education Services team, you will play a critical role in helping our customers achieve success with our NetSuite solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver High-Quality Training: Design and deliver instructor-led onsite and virtual end-user training to customers, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills needed to maximize their investment in NetSuite.
  • Assess Customer Training Needs: Work with customers to understand their training requirements and develop custom curriculum and materials to meet their needs.
  • Develop Learning and Reference Materials: Create high-quality learning and reference materials, including written and e-learning tutorials, to support customer training.
  • Deliver Additional Services: Provide additional services such as Train the Trainer, Pre-UAT Training, and Post Go Live Support Training to customers.
  • Collaborate with Implementation Team: Work closely with the implementation team to ensure seamless delivery of training services to customers.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Product Knowledge: Continuously update your knowledge of NetSuite products and services to ensure you can provide expert training and support to customers.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 Years in Technology Industry: Experience working in the technology industry, with a focus on training and adoption.
  • Strong Presentation and Training Skills: Excellent presentation and training skills, with the ability to engage and motivate audiences.
  • Understanding of Industry Standards: Knowledge of common industry standards and best practices related to ERP and business process training.
  • Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel up to 40% of the time to deliver onsite training to customers.
