**Job Overview in Customer Service**

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, or chat.
  • Manage appointments, reservations, and changes efficiently.
  • Process insurance, warranty, and return claims accurately and promptly.
  • Prepare detailed reports on customer interactions.

**Requirements**

  • Advanced English language proficiency (essential).
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good writing and spelling skills.
  • Ability to work on-site.
