As an HR Support specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining personnel files, processing employee records, and providing administrative support to our HR department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
  • Process employee status changes in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage company organization charts and employee directories.
  • Prepare and disseminate personnel action forms and ensure proper approvals.
  • Coordinate special events for staff, including committee scheduling and budget management.

Requirements:
