Bakery Operations Summary

We are seeking an experienced Bakery Professional to join our culinary team at JW Marriott Cancun Resort & Spa. As a key member of our bakery operations, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, including breads, pastries, and desserts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare doughs and fillings in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.
  2. Proof, bake, and decorate baked goods as required.
  3. Maintain accurate production records and inventory levels.
  4. Collaborate with our culinary team to ensure smooth bakery operations and high-quality food presentation.
  5. Implement and maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a bakery or culinary environment.
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting production deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
