Job Description

We are seeking a Manufacturing Process Excellence Leader to lead our manufacturing processes and systems, delivering superior performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support business development efforts with current and potential customers
  • Develop and implement site and global ME/IE strategies
  • Establish optimal manufacturing methods and processes for production lines
  • Lead and motivate a team of engineers to define and implement complete manufacturing processes
  • Provide ongoing review of equipment utilization, production methods, equipment layout, personnel, and material flow
  • Provide exceptional support to customers, team members, and shareholders

Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering philosophies and processes
  • Proven track record in communication, leadership, business analysis, process development, administration, and change management
  • Bachelor's degree preferred with 3-5 years of related experience in the electronics manufacturing industry; 2-3 years of supervisory experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
