The Role

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced professional to join our team as a Creative Manager for our Kids and Family channels. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing promotional materials that showcase our brands and content in a compelling and effective way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create promotional materials, including program launches, episodic promotions, teasers, trailers, character profiles, and other content that showcases our brands and content.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive engagement and awareness for our Kids and Family channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including producers, editors, and writers, to ensure that promotional materials meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and adapt our marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Work closely with our global teams to ensure that promotional materials are consistent with our brand guidelines and messaging.

Requirements

  • Minimum five years of experience as a writer/producer in children's television.
  • Excellent creative and communication skills, with the ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive engagement and awareness.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively under changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Fluent English speaker, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic Portuguese speaker.
  • Screenwriting skills, with a deep understanding of narratives and character development.
  • Filmmaking narrative skills, with the ability to create engaging and compelling content.
  • Script doctor skills, with the ability to review and provide feedback on scripts and proposals.
