Job Summary

We're seeking a Commercial Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for effectively capturing, tracking, and fulfilling customer orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Credit & Collection: Gather and analyze financial information (quantitative and qualitative) to shield Elanco from the risk of engaging with non-creditworthy partners through proper credit limit definition as well as reviewing orders blocked.
  • Cash Application: Act as a point of contact to resolve doubts, generate reports to analyze information and make decisions, answer external or internal calls with functional Teams to solve problems, reconcile accounts, handle month end close, participate in projects, and identify improvements.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Fluent English
  • MSO - Intermediate/Advanced
  • Experience in similar positions
  • Working experience in public companies or private companies with a solid internal control framework
  • Working experience in transitions and continuous improvement projects (automatization, simplification, compliance, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications are desirable:

  • SAP S/4HANNA proficiency
  • SharePoint, Power BI & Visio experience
  • Other languages (Portuguese)
  • LEAN & Six Sigma experience
