We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Compliance Specialist to join our team at Heranza Consulting Group. As a key member of our Auditing team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients in finance, social security, and tax compliance activities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Review clients' financial statements to ensure compliance with NIIF and NIA.
  • Identify and assess financial risks associated with clients' operations and transactions.
  • Prepare audit reports with recommendations to enhance financial and operational efficiency.
  • Implement best accounting and financial practices to optimize internal processes.
  • Elaborate tax opinions to ensure compliance with tax obligations.
  • Elaborate IMSS reviews to verify proper compliance with social security regulations.
  • Supervise the execution of work programs.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Knowledge of Finance Platforms, NIIF, NIA, tax principles, and accounting standards.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
