**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team in Cuernavaca, Morelos. This hybrid position requires a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Apply customer payments in Oracle and SAP, ensuring seamless financial operations.
- Analyze bad debt accounts and develop strategies to improve cash flow.
- Conduct thorough analysis, clarification, and conciliation of receivable accounts.
- Review fees for middlemen and commissions, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Supervise and confirm intercompany operations and balances, maintaining financial integrity.
- Utilize Magnitude Reporting tool and Oracle Conciliation for Accounts Receivable, providing actionable insights.
- Follow up on withholding done in foreign customers, ensuring timely compliance.
- Support audit requirements, maintaining transparency and accountability.
- Develop and track KPIs for the area, driving continuous improvement.
- Support credit limit analysis for all customers, ensuring informed decision-making.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Intermediate-Advanced English fluency.
- At least 3 years of similar experience.
- Knowledge of accounts payable, local tax, fixed assets, and collections.
- Finance information management.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of Oracle is a plus.
- Ability to react promptly to urgent requirements.
- Strong teamwork and conflict management skills.
- Effective communication and analytical thinking.
