About the Role
Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Expert to join our team. As a Commercial Cloud Product Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping our customers achieve their business vision by providing expert-level support for our Veeva Commercial Cloud product suite.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide post-go-live system consulting and administration support for multiple clients, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of our Veeva CRM, Network, and Vault products.
- Tier 2/3 troubleshooting and how-to support to resolve complex technical issues and provide best practices for our customers.
- Consult on overall solutions based on customer requirements, leveraging your expertise in data imports and exports using APEX data loader.
- Ad-hoc training of end-users and administrators on our Commercial Cloud products, ensuring they have the necessary skills to maximize their use.
- Analysis and deployment of new product features, ensuring our customers stay up-to-date with the latest innovations.
- Maintenance of production and sandbox environments, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Adding, deleting, or changing users, setting up security, and modifying territory and role hierarchies to meet customer needs.
- Performing alignments and creating reports, dashboards, and list views to provide actionable insights.
- Interaction with our Global Team in English, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Strong desire to learn new things and adapt to changing customer needs.
- Ability to quickly understand client requirements and needs, and articulate potential solutions.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to deal with competing customer priorities.
- Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Proven ability to work remotely and independently in support of clients.
- Teamwork and ability to develop long-term relationships.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.

- Experience with the CRM pharmaceutical industry.
