Job Description

The Technical Support Professional will be responsible for providing general L1 support for hardware and MS Office packages, as well as advance technical support for in-house applications and developments. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failures.

You will also be responsible for answering technical support calls, providing and escalating to other support groups, and supporting customers based on email-generated requests or reports. Effective communication and documentation skills are essential for this role, as you will need to document troubleshooting steps and detailed descriptions of customer incidents and requests.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Availability to work 45 hours per week
  • Interest in working on Afternoon/Night shifts
  • Advanced English language proficiency
  • Looking to work in an IT environment
  • 6 months of experience in Customer Service
