About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Transformation Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our IT organization, you will be responsible for employing a structured change management methodology to promote smooth transitions and enthusiasm for change among employees. This includes assessing change magnitude and organizational readiness, creating tailored plans for training and orientation, leading change agents, and identifying potential resistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy to drive business outcomes.
- Conduct thorough investigations to identify key stakeholders impacted by change and develop communication plans to ensure awareness of impending changes.
- Solicit feedback to assess the success of change management activities and behavior changes.
- Collaborate with HR/talent to create mechanisms to demotivate old behaviors and incentivize desired ones.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Communications, or Marketing, or equivalent work experience. You should have 3+ years of experience in IT and business/industry, with a track record of successful organizational change management. Good working knowledge of industry-standard program management methodologies and product life cycles is essential. Organizational development, change management training, and certification are desirable. Expertise in setting and managing stakeholder expectations and milestones, effective communication at different levels, and experience working in a global environment are required.
Compensation Package
The estimated salary for this role is $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This figure takes into account the average salaries for similar positions in the US and Europe. The exact compensation package will be discussed during the interview process.
