Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the activities of production operators to ensure efficient workflow
  • Collaborate with departmental managers to coordinate production requirements and staff scheduling
  • Assist in resolving quality issues and schedule changes as needed
  • Facilitate the movement of materials from receiving to production and finished goods to shipment to minimize production delays
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and internal requirements regarding Health, Safety, and Environment
  • Lead by example and foster a proactive work culture aligned with the Freudenberg Guiding Principles and Code of Conduct

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma, Technical Training, or equivalent degree
