Gdl Connect S De Rl De Cv busca un profesional capacitador senior con experiencia en procesamiento de hipotecas residenciales.

La empresa ofrece una remuneración competitiva de $20,000-$22,000 al mes después de impuestos.

**Descripción del trabajo:**

El capacitador senior se encarga de la preparación y el envío de archivos de hipotecas residenciales. Trabaja estrechamente con los clientes, funcionarios de préstamos y socios internos y externos para brindar un alto nivel de servicio en un tono profesional.

**Funciones clave:**

- Revisar nuevos archivos dentro de 48 horas de su recepción y verificar que los documentos de cumplimiento hayan sido emitidos dentro del plazo adecuado.

- Mantener una cartera de 25 o más archivos de hipoteca.

- Ordenar todos los documentos necesarios para satisfacer las condiciones de los inversores y agencias.

- Verificar, revisar y rastrear todos los documentos solicitados en Encompass.

- Revisar la documentación recibida dentro de 24 horas de su recepción y seguir adelante en caso de discrepancias o datos omitidos.

- Utilizar la documentación para realizar funciones como el cálculo de ingresos verificados o la verificación de activos, y actualizar Encompass según corresponda.

- Revisar, organizar y preparar el archivo para la presentación a la jefatura de bajo.

- Asegurarse de que todas las documentaciones pertinentes estén en el archivo (por ejemplo, documentación de título, seguro de hogar e inversiones de terceros).

- Procesar los archivos para satisfacer los plazos de contrato de compra y fechas de bloqueo de tipos de interés.

- Presentar el archivo a la unidad de cierre una vez obtenido el visto bueno de la junta directiva.

- Asistir a otros procesadores, evaluadores y departamentos de cierre según sea necesario.

- Atender preguntas de los clientes y otras partes interesadas relacionadas con la transacción, según lo determinado por el oficial de préstamo.

- Asistir en la resolución de condiciones post-cierre recibidas para evitar pérdidas financieras.

- Tener conocimientos sobre las leyes y requisitos regulatorios actuales del préstamo de vivienda.

- Experiencia en el uso de sitios web gubernamentales para archivos VA y FHA para colocar órdenes y obtener números de caso.

- Mantener el enfoque en la mejora de las habilidades de servicio al cliente y el conocimiento.

- Asegurarse de que se cumplan las KPI establecidas por el gerente de rama o el gerente de procesamiento corporativo.

- Mantener la calidad y la integridad de datos de todos los archivos de préstamo.

- Realizar otras tareas asignadas.

- Almacenar el archivo según el orden de pila para acceder fácilmente a las formas del evaluador.

- Interactuar con corredores y oficiales de préstamos para asegurarse de que el archivo esté completo y haya avanzado a la etapa de evaluación de manera rápida.

- Emite paquete de cumplimiento con regulaciones.

- Realizar configuración de nuevos préstamos en hipotecas residenciales (FHA, VA, Convencional, Compra, Refinanciamiento, etc.).

- Revisar y procesar todos los archivos nuevos y la documentación requerida para su precisión y completitud.

- Revisar cada préstamo para su conformidad con todas las guías regulatorias e inversoras, así como las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa.

- Revisar cada préstamo para TIL, GFE y folleto de comisiones, así como otros discursos para garantizar exactitud de fecha y puntualidad al entregar el TIL final.

- Trabajar con corredores para asegurarse de que los documentos solicitados se recolecten en tiempo hábil, si se envía una lista de condiciones.

- Mantener un control adecuado de archivos para asegurar la velocidad máxima desde la configuración hasta la evaluación.

- Actualizar el estado del préstamo en Encompass y asignar agentes según corresponda.

- Ingresar datos según sea necesario para ejecutar la seguridad contra fraude.

**Requisitos y calificaciones:**

Bachillerato/Secundaria completa o truncada-

- Excelentes habilidades para manejar 90-100% inglés

- Disponibilidad de horario completo.

- Analítico.

- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
