We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Key Account Growth Manager. As an integral part of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our Engineering Sales Representatives (ESRs) to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales efforts with business objectives
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field
- Bilingual Spanish required
