Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Safety and Environmental Manager to join our team at Weasler Engineering Inc. in West Bend, WI.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced professional to lead our industrial safety and environmental efforts across North and South America. As a key member of our EHS team, you will be responsible for providing technical support, guidance, and oversight to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive EHS programs, procedures, and policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct site audits, investigations, and root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with site leadership to develop and implement corrective actions to address identified issues.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies and regulatory bodies.
  • Provide training and coaching to employees on EHS best practices and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to EHS performance metrics.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in occupational safety and health, industrial hygiene, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in industrial-related EHS roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective EHS programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with ISO 14001 and 45001 management systems.
  • Certification in a relevant EHS discipline (e.g., CSHO, CHST, OHST, ASP, or CSP) is highly desirable.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
