**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager and Sanitation Specialist to join our team at the Irapuato Plant. As a key member of our quality organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and sanitation in our operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive quality management system that meets P&G's global standards.
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems across all P&G processes and logistics operations.
- Successfully complete role qualification and lead QA Councils involving key business contacts in quality assurance.
- Execute master quality plans for the distribution center and contribute to building an exceptional quality organization.
- Coordinate product recall operations in compliance with applicable procedures and address customer complaints or claims.
- Conduct internal audits according to a predetermined schedule and implement necessary corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with additional requirements based on the characteristics or classification of stored and distributed products.
- Handle external and internal audits and approve analytical certificates for imported inputs.
- Ensure the procurement of medicines and other health supplies only from legally established suppliers and ensure that the distribution of medicines only occurs to legally established establishments.
