We are seeking an experienced professional to contribute to our Energy Transformer division as a Production Supervisor. The successful candidate will ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations by monitoring employees and organizing workflows in a fast-paced environment to produce world-class transformer systems.
The Production Supervisor plays a key role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that production processes deliver products that are built on a safety-first mentality culture, with maximum quality and in a profitable manner. This role is based out of our Reynosa Mexico facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a culture of Safety, Quality, and Integrity.
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Set and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly objectives to employees.
- Resource allocation: Organize and allocate resources to meet line production targets, respond effectively to resource issues, and lead capacity planning and resource optimization for the assigned unit or line.
- Production scheduling and planning: Ensure that production scheduling and production plans meet the volume requirements agreed in the demand plan and defined inventory service levels.
- Equipment and facilities: Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance to prevent downtime.
- Production execution: Ensure execution of volume, conforming product, efficiency, and on-time delivery targets for the assigned production lines.
- Operations improvement: Identify deficiencies in the production area, propose improvement activities, and oversee implementation of actions to improve production performance.
- Critical line issues: Manage the resolution of critical product or equipment issues together with relevant internal teams.
- People leadership and development: Ensure that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled, and directed, and guide, motivate, and develop direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of production leadership experience.
