Business Development Manager for International Student Recruitment
Global University Systems (GUS) is a leading international education organization with a strong presence in over 150 countries. We deliver a wide range of programs, including bachelor's and master's degree programs, professional training, and corporate education.
The Business Development Manager for International Student Recruitment will be responsible for overseeing all student recruitment activities, business development, account management, and marketing events for B2B channels across the country or region. This role requires collaboration with the Company Directors to develop B2B channels and implement marketing and sales strategies to promote international student recruitment for GUS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase international student recruitment
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including education agents and industry partners
- Collaborate with the Company Directors to develop B2B channels and implement marketing and sales strategies
- Represent GUS at industry events and conferences
- Develop and train education agents on how to promote the GUS brand
Requirements:
- Experience in international student recruitment for higher education
- Established relationships with key stakeholders in the industry
- Solid understanding of industry trends and market analysis
- Ability to develop and implement business development strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
