Account Representative

Job Summary

Fortune Fashions Baja is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Representative to maintain communication with customers regarding orders and track internal processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter orders assigned to you into the WIP system.
• Update the WIP system according to production reports, system updates, or other relevant information.
• Create a list of priorities for the Arts department.
• Develop a priorities list for the printing department and send it to the relevant team member.
• Analyze priorities in the PS Guide and mark them.
• Perform general follow-up with production departments to ensure timely completion of orders.
• Enter new orders into the online system and update any changes to existing orders.

Requirements

• Associate's or bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent related production experience.
• Apparel industry or related field experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Time management experience managing multiple tasks.
