Lead .Net Software Engineer

Join our dynamic team The Lead Software Development Engineers are seasoned experts responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and enhancing software applications. They possess extensive knowledge and specialization in software engineering. Lead Software Development Engineers collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide training on the products, work independently on projects, and engage with cross-functional teams to prioritize project tasks, timelines, and deliverables. In this position, you will also mentor and support junior software engineers by reviewing their code and fostering their technical development. Lead Software Development Engineers are innovative problem solvers who continuously strive to enhance the software development lifecycle while ensuring adherence to best practices.

Role Overview:

In this position as a Lead .Net Software Engineer, you will:

Collaborate closely with product owners and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Write high-quality code using C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, and Typescript/AngularJS frameworks Diagnose and resolve issues in existing applications Enhance performance by applying best practices such as caching and lazy loading Engage in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to fellow developers Work alongside other teams including QA, DevOps, and Product Management Assist in estimating project efforts and timelines based on technical specifications Support production environments by troubleshooting bugs and offering technical assistance

Candidate Profile:

You are an ideal candidate for the role of Lead .Net Software Engineer if your qualifications include:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience A minimum of 4 years of experience as a .NET developer creating complex web applications Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and preferably in JavaScript and Typescript/AngularJS frameworks Experience with databases such as SQL Server and NoSQL databases like MongoDB Understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team A passion for learning new technologies and keeping abreast of industry trends Familiarity with version control systems such as Git, Jenkins, and BitBucket
