Job Summary
We are seeking a Transformation Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading process improvement sessions, facilitating problem-solving, mapping processes, and proposing solutions and improvements required in each implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a focal point and consultant for process improvement, product development, and implementation with business partners and internally, using different tools and expertise in design thinking, Six Sigma, and project management practices.
- Manage projects for the implementation of new products or renewals, set up new prices, using PM methodologies, enabling collaboration and precise tracking of activities and deliveries for internal and external customers.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks prior to any operational launch.
- Help to find and build solutions, understanding existing capabilities to avoid manual processes.
- Be a liaison with partners and internal areas to orchestrate efforts that make different projects viable in the best time to market.
- Increase integration among the systems with business partners, monitoring the consistent flow of data via APIs, SFTP, and/or Web services, resolving rejections and checking the integrity of the information to ensure that the implementation of the new business occurs as planned.
- Design, analyze, develop, implement, and reengineer processes, aiming at automation, scalability, efficiency, and effectiveness of different areas, considering their objectives and characteristics, seeking operational excellence for existing or new accounts with internal or external counterparts.
- Lead process improvement sessions, facilitate problem-solving, map processes, and propose solutions and improvements required in each implementation.
- Elaborate policies through interviews with leaders and employees, as well as on-the-spot observations, checking the adequacy of operational flows and internal controls to internal and external standards, identifying and correcting divergences to minimize operational risks and reduce incidents.
- Provide information to internal and external customers, as well as internal and external audits, regarding the activities of the area, providing data/documentation and clarifying doubts to meet presented needs.
- Help develop functionalities, platforms, or systems based on business evolution and partner needs. Build internal capabilities to achieve operational excellence and scalability.
- Contribute to the test plan developed, using parameters from different situations, and controlling results to identify and report inconsistencies that must be adjusted before implementation.
- Provide guidance and technical training to the team, clarifying doubts and procedures of greater complexity, seeking to optimize performance and results of the department.
- Coordinate and map all processes using the Risk Methodology to guarantee better flow and speed of response.
- Define and identify reporting opportunities for all departments in the company, like actuarial, premium, claims, finance, etc.
- Hold meetings with potential requestors to identify their needs, define the scope of several reports, understand data from different systems, and pursue automation.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with a university graduate degree (Computer Systems, System Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Project Management, International Business, or similar) and a minimum of 5 years of experience in positions such as Project Manager, Business Analyst, Data Analytics Manager, and others. Proven success in transversal collaborative projects is essential. Advanced/fluent English is desirable.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include hybrid work arrangements, comprehensive health insurance, and retirement savings plan.
