Terss is seeking a seasoned Senior Software Quality Assurance Tester Salesforce to join our team in a remote setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of software products and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive testing consistency.

We are looking for an individual with 6+ years of experience in software testing, preferably in Salesforce, who possesses excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required, along with bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of testing methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, and be proficient in using project management tools like Jira and test management tools like Zephyr. They will also be able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

In terms of salary, we offer a competitive compensation package, estimated to be around $120,000 - $160,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. This figure may vary depending on factors such as experience and qualifications.

Beyond the technical requirements, we're looking for someone who is passionate about quality assurance, has a keen eye for detail, and is able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a distributed team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure quality assurance by following a quality assurance plan and identifying defects early in the development cycle.
  • Analyze and design test cases based on requirements and validate implementation changes.
  • Execute and document test cases, reporting results and issues found during testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure testing consistency and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in software testing, preferably in Salesforce.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Proficient in using project management tools like Jira and test management tools like Zephyr.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce knowledge and experience.
  • ISTQB certification.
